Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a business professional environment.

What you will do as the Customer Service Representative:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
Liaise with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and follow up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.
Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience with our services.
Gather and report client feedback to help improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Assist the sales team with client onboarding, product information, and service demonstrations as needed.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and report generation.

What you will bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 years in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
