Description
Overview:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for employees, customers and guests. They perform various functions, including providing clerical and office support duties.
The Company is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
Duties: Administrative Support for the Property Insight management team using MS Office tools
General office responsibilities including room reservations, meeting coordination, visitor access and special events planning.
Coordinate employee events for the Maitland office and support similar events at other PI locations
New employee onboarding for the Maitland office
Handles outgoing mails; sorts and distributes incoming mail
Maintains and stocks office supplies and kitchen
Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations in the office
Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
Decorate the office for holidays
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Experience:3 years in a professional office environment in a similar position
Ability to provide customer support in a prompt, friendly, and timely manner
Ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team oriented environment to accomplish assigned tasks and goals
Possess great oral communication skills to effectively communicate with the PI team and visitors; as well as written communication skills
Must be enthusiastic, respectful, and friendly; with a professional and welcoming presentation, and most importantly, possess a positive attitude
Require solid phone handling etiquette to respectfully engage with guests and customers
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and possess strong keyboarding skills to perform their job successfully
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments. It is also important that they can adapt to change easily
Require basic skills for operating and maintaining office machinery.
