Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor you will work with the team to meet the company's productivity standards and requirements.

Responsible for overseeing the team on second shift.
Supervisory responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems.
Oversee quality function throughout the production area.
