FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist who is passionate about true 1:1 patient care, clinical excellence, and long-term growth.

Starting salary: $86,000-$95,000
$5,000 sign-on bonus

About the Leadership
The clinic is led by a former military professional with a healthcare and medical background, including participation in a Global Health Engagement Initiative. New graduates receive direct mentorship, consistent feedback, and a structured ramp-up to ensure confidence and clinical success.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy in a 1:1 setting
Develop strong patient relationships and referral connections
Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture
Participate in light community engagement as supported
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, growth-minded, and patient-focused
Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
