    Job Description:

    We are seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to work onsite in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all onboarding activities, including handling onboarding, assisting with administrative tasks related to forms and signed documents, and coordinating vendor profile updates.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with onboarding and respond to inquiries promptly.
    - Support administrative tasks related to forms and signed documents.
    - Coordinate vendor profile updates and ensure accuracy.
    - Provide assistance to the team as needed for various tasks.

    Requirements:

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
    - Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred.
