    The Vice President of Finance is responsible for working with the controller in supporting the Finance Department in overseeing all aspects of the Company's financial reporting function, including the preparation and reporting of the Company's consolidated and stand-alone interim and annual financial statements, coordination of the annual external audit and monthly reviews with Private Equity and compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policies.

    The Director will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing the financial performance of our physician practices, contributing to overall operational success.

    Qualifications

    Leading Candidates must possess FP&A experience, including the ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive financial projection model.

    Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of physician practices, including P&L review, revenue cycle, expense management, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

    Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to create real-time dashboards for monitoring of practice performance metrics, trends, and improvement areas.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

    CPA certification

    Financial experience supporting multiple physician practices. This leader will support our portfolio of 25+ physician practices.


    7+ years of progressive work experience in a finance environment with diverse experience in complex multiple entity P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial analysis.


    Support the Finance team in the preparation, review and issuance of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement reports and stand-alone financial statements for certain joint venture entities.

    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and adapt quickly

    Ability to manage competing deadlines and work efficiently under stress

    Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the Company

    Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements and other regulatory frameworks

    Able to take a "deep dive" into the details of the business while staying focused on the big picture

    Effective Communication and Decision Making:
    Highly articulate and able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner

    Advanced experience with use of Excel required

    Experience with MS Office and financial systems also required

    Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics

    Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company

    Own financial performance management at the business-unit level, provide insights, measure success, and coach leadership on improvement opportunities.

    Provide support to the CFO as needed to explain current and projected financial performance to stakeholders.

    Prepare executive leadership for calls with stakeholders

    Manage financial reporting and ensure executive stakeholders have visibility into key reports and metrics they need to run their business and make good business decisions

    Prepare, present, and analyze financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for ownership

    Support the Controller in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    Perform in-depth data analysis to provide insightful interpretation of results and financial data to leadership for decision making

    Provide monthly financial updates to various stakeholders and provide timely responses to their inquiries

    Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of physician practices, including revenue cycle, expense management, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Collaborate with business intelligence to create real time actionable analysis

    Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets for physician practices

    Create and maintain management reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis containing profitability analysis, segment metrics, and capital utilization analysis
    Presents financial and operational results to management on a regular and ad-hoc basis, including trends and competitive analysis giving full insight into the Physician Practice financial statements

    Demonstrated ability to consult and advise business leaders on a range of issues related to financial performance, business planning, and business case analysis

    We partner with healthcare systems and providers to identify chronic conditions early and deliver targeted real-time services to patients, resulting in improved outcomes, lower costs, and higher quality care.

    We are currently recruiting for a Vice President of Finance.

    This is a new position that will work closely with our CFO and Controller located in our Franklin, TN office.

    This is a hybrid position.

    The Vice President of Finance is responsible for working with the Controller in supporting the Finance Department in overseeing all aspects of the Company's financial reporting function, including the preparation, and reporting of the Company's consolidated and stand-alone, interim and annual financial statements, coordination with the Controller of the annual external audit and leading monthly reviews with Private Equity, compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policies.

    The VP will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing the financial performance of our physician practices, contributing to overall operational success.

    Preparation of timely and accurate analyses, summaries and reports of financial data on the progress of the operating company.

    Managing financial reporting and ensuring executive stakeholders have visibility into key reports and metrics they need to run their business and make good business decisions.
