    Position Summary

    Three Olives Vodka is an iconic Proximo Spirits brand and we need a dedicated Brand Manager to help our team implement an incredible new rebrand alongside rigorous business standards and processes as we march toward ambitious business goals. The Brand Manager at Proximo is unique in that you will be able to get your hands involved in all aspects of brand growth; from performance analysis, to innovation projects, to communications and positioning work and execution of brand plans. This exciting role requires a dynamic marketing professional who has strong analytics and strategy skills, and a finger on the pulse of culture balanced with a unique creative eye.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Manage tracking and analytics of business performance against a brand score card (Nielsen/NABCA retail tracker, brand health tracker, brand budget, contracts, and P&L management).
    • Assist with the planning of and implementing of highly focused marketing plans that drive brand value from brand distinction to relevance to presence.
    • Ideate and execute targeted consumer (ATL) and retail (BTL) programs and be able to drive ROI through the line, linking key features and benefits for the trade environment.
    • Developing insights and implementing new communications, to inform advertising, media, and PR to social and trade. This includes strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and field sales teams.
    • Manage with the development of renovation pipeline plans. Including project management of all packaging, liquids, and support tools.
    • Creation of selling tools, experiential events logistics, and local sales programs.
    • Bring a digital innovation mentality. Candidates should have a deep understanding of digital media platforms and how to leverage against the brand's strategic goals.

    Key Relationships

    • Internal: Public Relations, Trade Marketing/POS, Commercial team, Field sales, Operations Proximo Affiliates: Canada /EMEA/APAC/Mexico
    • External: Agency partners: Advertising/Media/Digital/Social/Shopper/Events

    Knowledge and Experience

    • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field required, (MBA a plus)
    • Three plus years of brand marketing experience, preferably related to the Spirits Industry or CPG/FMCG.
    • Strong business acumen including project management skills, data analysis, and budget management
    • Proficient in Nielsen, IRI, VIP, NABCA, and/or other retail analytics platforms
    • Exhibits a deep personal accountability for performance.
    • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage projects independently from start to finish and meet deadlines.
    • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel data analysis.

    The salary range for this role is a base salary of $105,500 - $140,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience and skill set against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
