    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and strategic development. The COO will be a key partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for establishing the operational groundwork to support the ambitious strategic plan. This plan includes refining the program model, expanding facilities, and strengthening the funding model. The successful candidate will lead a team of five and will be instrumental in program oversight, partnerships, and data management. They must be a champion of the company's mission, with a passion for uplifting youth, and bring a collaborative, people-centered leadership style to the role.

    Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading nonprofit operations, with a proven track record of executing strategic plans and driving change. The role requires a leader with strong talent development, operational discipline, and strategic vision, who can effectively manage a variety of teams and ensure the organization's operational excellence.
