About the Role:
Tired of mundane design projects at traditional tech companies? At Chaser, you'll have the opportunity to work across our entire product, making a significant impact. Our unique advantage lies in the depth of authentic interactions within our community-driven platform, offering endless creative opportunities. We're seeking a product design generalist who can manage multiple projects, taking ownership of end-to-end user experiences and driving design innovation from concept to implementation. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social media.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with engineers, community managers, and product owners to shape the long-term vision and evolution of our platform.
Lead user research initiatives to understand the needs and behaviors of our diverse user base.
Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces that facilitate genuine connections and foster community engagement.
Work closely with designers and engineers to develop and maintain our design system.
Participate in design reviews and present your work to product and company leadership.
Partner with developers and product leadership to bring your designs to life.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.
Establish and manage product-wide design systems.
What You'll Need:
1+ years of experience in rapidly growing startups or fast-paced product teams.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe xd.
Ability to contribute actively across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and advocating for user-centered design principles.
Aptitude for deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
Autonomous and self-directed work ethic.
