- Responsible for responding to Emergency Services - Water Damage, Fire & Board-ups.
- Complete water mapping, set containments, complete demo, and photographs.
- Have the ability to enter completed work & photos into software such as Xactimate & Symbility.
- Work effectively and efficiently with other team members.
- Ensure proper communication between clients and in-house staff.
- Perform other duties as directed by the direct manager.
- 3+ years of Property Remediation & Mitigation Processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small, or large group situations to customers, homeowners, and employees in the organization.
- IICRC active certificates are preferred.
- Hourly Rate of $ $ D.O.E with incentive components.

- Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus.
