WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with cleaning experience to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Handle repair requests promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair various equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, and appliances.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient workflow.
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in general cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the sector.
  

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour
