    Position:

    Splunk Architect 10 years required experienceProcurement of this professional service supports and enhances existing Splunk capabilities to directly supportUSTRANSCOM Cloud and Zero Trust initiatives.

    The personnel is required to provide USTRANSCOM personnel withguidance and support to the most current/accurate information in the following areas:
    Support development ofCIM; Develop analytics to maintain secure infrastructure/application baseline; implement CIM add-ons to includedata models, documentation, and support tools; real time query/ti support of indexed data; adaptableinterfaces to support custom/DoD mandated analytics and orchestration; and vendor experience working withDepartment of Defense (DoD) to ensure advice is relevant given DoD policies and regulations

    Required Experience Architect:
    o 10 years' experience with Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) systemsinfrastructureo 10 years' experience with implementing CIM add-on within

    Splunk Admin:

    o 5 years' experience with Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) systemsinfrastructureo 5 years' experience with implementing CIM add-on within SplunkPosition Requirements Personnel shall hold at least one Computing Environment (CE) certification or certificate for the operatingsystem(s) and/or security related tools/devices they support as defined by the contractor's cyberspacefunction listed in the table below satisfying one of the following categories:o Software development (e.g., java, .net.

    C++, python, Visual Basic, etc.)o Network support/defense (e.g., Splunk, Cisco, McAfee, etc.)o Cloud or virtualization (e.g., Azure, AWS, oracle, IBM, etc.)o Operating System (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, Solaris, etc.) 5.

    Application (e.g., database, backup,automation, webserver, network, proxy, firewall, etc.) Personnel is required minimum IAT-II level Personnel shall participate in local training on USTRANSCOM procedures and operations practices uponarrival and on an annual basis.
