- Location: Pueblo, CO
- Salary Range: $67,860 - $103,490 (based on function, education, experience, and qualifications)
- Conduct basic Startup Specialist duties
- Participate in work planning and packaging
- Coordinate turnover activities
- Manage material quantities and database systems
- Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
- Identify and address ES&H issues in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Or 5-6 years of experience in Waste Management, Startup, or Operations
- Must be a US Citizen
- Develop and maintain plans and procedures for waste management
- Review and approve waste disposal requests
- Perform waste stream characterizations and designations
- Coordinate waste sampling activities
- Ensure compliance with hazardous waste regulations
- Support safety culture and enforce safe work practices
- Pass required drug/alcohol tests and training
