Summer Program Manager

The opportunity:

The Program Manager position is a Seasonal School Leader position that is responsible for implementing our successful program model at an assigned campus. As our Program Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all aspects of our program. Ensuring that the model is implemented with fidelity, including the daily schedule, the incorporation of service learning, college and career exploration, and engaging Friday speakers.

As the Program Manager you will lead a team of summer employees, ensuring that they each fulfill the obligations of their role in our model. You will walk the site regularly visiting classrooms to ensure that the quality of teaching during our academic morning aligns with expectations. You will ensure that our afternoon teachers have built an engaging curriculum that supports expanded exposure to learning for our scholars on topics like STEM, Art, music, physical movement, mindfulness, and more. When teachers aren't aligned with the rigor and expectations of the program, you will be responsible for coaching and redirecting them.

Along with program implementations and people management, you will also work with the schools' operations team to ensure that a nutritious breakfast and lunch is provided daily and that transportation runs smoothly if offered.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• School Administrator's license
• Proven experience in leadership capacity
