Rate:
$50-55/hr on W2 or $60-65/hr on C2C

Important note:

They ideally want someone who has experience working with AASHTOWare Project Active Views in addition to the other skills being required as noted in the requisition.

This is something used specifically within the transportation industry/field.

They have only listed this as a "highly desired" skill, but any candidates who DO have this will be prioritized for screening and submittal to the client, so please focus on finding someone who meets the other development requirements AND has that specific skill set.

When submitting the candidate into Vector, you will be asked to provide a summary of their AASHTOWare Project experience, specifically, if they do have it.

Additional items to be aware of and confirm acceptance of with your candidates:

• While remote work is fine – they must be located within the United States and must be willing to work the client's business schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mountain Time.
• Candidates outside the local Boise area will be encouraged to travel to Boise (expenses to be covered/reimbursed by ITD) to participate in up to five workshops of four-day durations each.
• In addition to our standard background check process, the candidates will have to go through a fingerprinting/backgroundcheck process managed by the State prior to being able to start. Results must be returned before they can start (and that has been taking about 10-15 business days for those results to be returned for recent hires).

Job Description:
Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of Information Technology applications. ITD is implementing AASHTOWare Project Materials (AWP) and Construction Modules. We seek a team member to develop agency views within AWP .

Anticipated tasks will include refining a variety of ITD construction data sets including construction materials, laboratory and field test methods, lab equipment, acceptance criteria, vendors, sources, and mix designs.

Those data sets will be integrated with pay item acceptance requirements and reporting.

The work will include programming ITD-specific agency views in C# and Python along with ActiveReports (GrapeCity) and integrating API interfaces.

Successful candidate will be integrated into an existing team with our AWP vendor and ITD construction materials staff.

The developer will often work independently to develop AWP agency views based on existing ITD forms, test methods and reports.
