    Manage IT projects using infrastructure project management methodology.

    Analyze client business requirements and define project tasks to deliver high quality project results on time and within budget to meet high quality standards.

    Project Managers are responsible for creating and managing project documentation and managing according to the project management plans. Candidate shall have experience translating requirements to a work breakdown structure.

    Project Managers define task level detail from the work breakdown structure to define an achievable schedule that is used to manage work packages.

    Candidates must be able to work manage matrixed resources to ensure timely delivery. Successful candidates have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Background in workstation management, Tier 2 support, or Desktop Engineering is a plus.

    Communicate with employees and contractors, display strong customer service skills, using professionalism, tact, and diplomacy always with team and customer.


    Qualifications:
    Masters and 8 years' experience or Bachelors and 11 years' experience or High School Diploma and 17 years' experience

    Responsibilities:
    Candidates must be able to understand/define business requirements and designsCandidates can translate requirements into work breakdown structure and technical designsCandidates must be able to define and manage project schedulesAn understanding of workstation management is helpful in this roleCandidate must be experienced using project management methodologies (Infrastructure, Waterfall, Agile)

    Familiar with Tier I/II Support for custom business applications (Diagnosis/Remediation, Access (password) Setup/Unlock/Reset, Application Install/Removal, Performance Tuning) Candidate must have experience using lessons learned to make corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomesMust have experience defining, reporting, and using metrics to manage project performanceProficient Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, Adobe and ServiceNow for project documentation and reportingRequired Skills:8+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects8+ years of experience with T&M contracts8+ years of experience managing communications8+ years of customer service experience8+ years of Requirements Definition/Analysis8+ years of Design AnalysisCommunications Measurement and AnalysisExcellent written and oral communication skills

    Desired Skills:
