Project Manager - Mechanical Piping/Plumbing Must live near Sioux Falls, SD

As a Project Manager in Mechanical Piping, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical piping projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, bid estimating, scheduling, and a proven track record of successfully delivering piping projects on time and within budget.

Ability to read, understand, and interpret all plans, specifications, schematics, and other project documents.
Understanding of local and state codes.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, strongly preferred.

At least 8 years of experience in estimating, project cost development or project management in the Mechanical Piping field.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
