Civil Superintendent
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Superintendent to manage an extensive project at Delaney High School in Baltimore County,
Baltimore County , overseeing a three-year site package valued at $18 million.
This role involves supervising all aspects of the site package including clearing grading paving utilities.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage specialty subcontractors internal staff to ensure the project is completed safely on time within budget.+
Responsibilities
- Develop maintain project schedule monitor progress allocate resources make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Lead site team by assigning tasks hiring managing subcontractors holding site meetings necessary facilitate work.
- Oversight quality work performed teams subcontractors ensuring compliance project specifications standards.
