    Job Details

    Requirements
    • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience (construction or commercial industry preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of AIA billing, requisitions, and lien waiver processing
    • Experience using online billing portals such as Textura, Procore, or GCPay
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
    • Ability to learn new platforms and procedures as the company continues to grow
    • Persistent and confident in managing collections while maintaining professionalism
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Experience with Sage 100 Contractor preferred
    • Understanding of Certificate of Insurance and endorsement processes
    Nice to Haves
    • Background in union or construction accounting environments
    • Experience in process improvement or transitioning to paperless systems
    • Familiarity with retention billing and vendor coordination
    • Prior experience supporting both property management and project-based accounting
    Responsibilities
    • Perform all accounts receivable functions including billing, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records
    • Prepare and submit AIA and progress billings through online construction platforms such as Textura, Procore, and GCPay
    • Manage lien waiver processing and ensure timely collection follow-ups with customers
    • Enter requisitions and billing data accurately in Sage 100 Contractor
    • Track client account aging and follow up professionally for payment status
    • Process bank deposits, post receipts, and maintain paperless records
    • Obtain and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and endorsements for projects
    • Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Accounts Payable, and Account Directors to ensure billing accuracy
    • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as needed
    • Support property management billing and tenant communications
    • Assist with other administrative or accounting duties as assigned
