- Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and branding across website, printed materials, and social media platforms.
- Drive initiatives to elevate the organization's profile, programs, original research, and mission within the media, entertainment, and technology sectors.
- Draft content and make updates to the website, maintaining messaging continuity and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Compose, compile, and disseminate the organization's electronic newsletters, overseeing publication calendars and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate social media outreach efforts, ensuring messaging consistency across platforms and determining creative direction for brand-related activities.
- Review analytics to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies and refine approaches accordingly.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within media, entertainment, or technology.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Constant Contact, and Canva is required.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Google Analytics, with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
