    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our customers.



    About the Job

    This is a critical position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Field Service Technician Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and driving customer satisfaction.



    Responsibilities:


    • Provide technical support and assistance to customers during installation, start-up, commissioning, and turnover processes.

    • Oversee and/or assist with installation of controls systems to control Boilers, Chillers, Process Water Systems RTUs Air Handlers etc.

    • Run one-off problems scenarios integrations based on customer needs develop graphical displays monitor adjust mechanical system operations EBI Front End Command Control Interface perform system back-ups install updates patches understand apply knowledge virtual machines system imaging networking serve customer requirements complete required documentation contractual obligations proper use safety personal protection equipment security clearances require by customer assist design estimating installing building automation systems maintenance repair troubleshooting ensure optimal performance efficiency sustainability facility infrastructure assets maximize operational value owners users.
