- Process incoming mail including: opening mail, client identification, determine the criticality of the document, prepping, scanning and retention, in accordance to company and client procedures.
- Create balance control spreadsheet for payments received via incoming mail and quality assurance review prior to hand-off to Payment Processing.
- Gather, prep and scan documents received from clients, including quality assurance review.
- Quality assurance review, prepping and posting of outbound mail.
- Use Datacap software to index correspondence to account, abiding by all company and client procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance of the imaging room and scanning equipment.
- Provide backup as needed to the Mail Processor Manager; may include troubleshooting batch problems, quality assurance procedures, and as assigned.
- Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Utilize clear verbal and written communication skills
