- Compensation: $19-$22 Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders, prepare bagels, sandwiches, salads, etc.
- Step in to help in any of the service areas as needed
- Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).
- Present food/drink options, make recommendations and answer questions regarding our products.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the cafe
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to General Manager.
- Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the General Manager or immediate supervisor.
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Have working knowledge of cafe/restaurant operations.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

For this role we are seeking an experienced member of our team who can help ensure we are running as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The ideal candidate has experience with restaurant opening/closing processes and has worked in a restaurant environment for 1-2 years or more.
