- Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Identify potential maintenance issues and risks associated with equipment.
- Diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing accurate solutions.
- Promptly and efficiently perform emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
- Maintain strict compliance with appliance standards and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Consistently meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships while continually enhancing your understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- A strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development within the HVAC field.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Enjoyment in interacting with people, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort and proficiency in working efficiently in confined spaces, prioritizing safety and quality in all tasks.
