Job Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Host at Shenaniganz, you'll be at the heart of the action, welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring they have an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Guests: Be the first friendly face our guests see, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Seating Guests: Efficiently manage the seating plan, considering reservations and walk-ins to optimize the flow of the restaurant.
- Customer Assistance: Provide helpful information about the menu, specials, and any promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Communication: Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth communication and prompt service.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a smile.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
