    Job Description:

    This Business Process Risk Identification (BPRI) Process Engineer position is within the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation (nGet) organization's support of the BPRI program.

    A BPRI Process Engineer's primary responsibility is to utilize diverse types of documentation to gain a clear understanding of a Unique Business Process and develop program appropriate process maps, while facilitating collaboration across multiple lines of business and risk partners.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS bility to work effectively under tight timeframes and usher process maps through multiple review and feedback cyclesPossess critical thinking skills to conceptualize, apply, analyze, and evaluate information gathered as a guide to actionDemonstrate the ability to gather information, understand material and independently develop process maps using both line of business and alternatively sourced documentation, coupled with squad, line of business and risk partner collaborationFacilitate process map walk-through working sessions to elicit, capture and effectively implement partner provided feedbackComplete associated business process mapping linkages within process maps to document risks, controls, and other relevant itemsbility to understand business processes, risk, and control inventoriespplication of critical thinking skills to participate in providing feedback and recommendations on business process design along with associated risks and controlsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS College degree or equivalent work experience in banking with emphasis on business process modeling, analysis, compliance, and/or risk managementStrong organization skills and ability to independently, manage multiple concurrent and diverse activities, with the ability to shift focus based on changing and competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to be initiative-taking, and work in a dynamic, fast paced team environmentProficient use of Microsoft Office, and various web-based software applicationsWorking knowledge of process engineering software systemsBasic technology knowledgePossess strong people skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, to develop and sustain collaborative relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust the approach based upon the intended audienceSkilled in the use of IBM Blueworks Live#TB_EN#J-18808-Ljbffr
