NPC Global is a distribution company in Carteret NJ looking to add a Logistics Manager to our expanding team

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Responsible for the operations of

Distribution ,

Fulfillment , and the

Warehouse .
This position is responsible for ensuring optimal distribution and on-time delivery of customer orders.
Responsible for oversight of the multi-site operation.
Must be able to communicate and work cross functionally to maintain and improve work flow from

Customer

Service

to

Operations .
Provide strong leadership, management and training to the

Distribution ,

Warehouse , and

Fulfillment


Qualifications:
5 – 8 years' managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
Leadership capability, organization skills and ability to motivate a team
Strong computer skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels
Strong and creative problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills
