Full-Time | HighLevel + Hostfully | Multi-Brand Role (Events + Eye Care + Short-Term Rentals + YouTube)

We're hiring a full-time, remote Spanish/English bilingual Marketing + VA + Sales Growth Specialist to help us scale multiple fast-growing brands across events/entertainment, eye care, and short-term rentals.

We're specifically looking for someone located in Mexico or South America who is fully fluent in Spanish and fluent in American English (written + spoken), highly organized, consistent, and comfortable owning weekly content output, CRM follow-up, outbound outreach, and revenue growth.

Brands you'll support:

• Events/Entertainment: Jumpers by Jay, Birdman Foam Party, NEPA Photo Booths
• Eye Care: Hazleton, Stroudsburg, Pottsville, Bangor & Nanticoke Eye Specialists
• Short-Term Rentals: BFM Properties (3 cabins in the Poconos, 1 villa in Drums, PA, 1 condo in Florida)
• Personal Brand: Dr. Deom (YouTube + short-form content)

This is a role for someone who executes consistently, moves fast, and turns marketing into booked events, scheduled patients, and direct-booked stays.

What You'll Own1) Social Media Content + Publishing (Consistent Weekly Output Required)

You'll plan, create, and publish content across our brands with clear posting expectations:

Event brands (Jumpers by Jay, Birdman Foam Party, NEPA Photo Booths):

• Off-season: minimum 1 post/week
• In-season: minimum 2 posts/week
• Content themes: promos, bundles, behind-the-scenes, customer highlights, FAQs, "Book Now" posts, add-ons

Eye care brands (Hazleton, Stroudsburg, Pottsville, Bangor & Nanticoke Eye Specialists):

• Publish weekly and align content to monthly eye health focus themes (ex: Dry Eye, Children's Vision, Diabetes, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, etc.)
• Repurpose doctor education into engaging posts (reels, carousels, short clips)

BFM Properties (Short-Term Rentals):

• Build and maintain consistent social presence for our portfolio
• Create content that drives direct bookings, showcases amenities, highlights local activities, and promotes seasonal stays
• Coordinate and repurpose guest photos/videos into ongoing content

2) YouTube + Personal Brand Growth (Dr. Deom)

You will help build Dr. Deom's personal brand through YouTube and short-form video:

• Assist with topic planning, titles, thumbnails (Canva), descriptions, and posting workflows
• Repurpose YouTube videos into reels/shorts for IG/FB/TikTok
• Organize a simple, repeatable production system (content calendar + asset library + posting checklist)

3) HighLevel CRM Mastery (Required)

You must be fluent in HighLevel CRM:

• Pipelines, tags, workflows, triggers, templates, calendars
• Speed-to-lead response and consistent follow-up
• Keep opportunities clean, tracked, and moving toward booking

4) Daily Sales Execution (Required — Not Marketing Only)

You will do sales activity every workday:

• Follow up open leads and close bookings (text/email/calls as needed)
• Upsell and bundle: add-ons, upgrades, packages
• Proactively source new bookings through outreach to:
• parks & recreation departments
• camps
• schools and colleges
• factories and large employers
• municipalities and community organizations
• corporate event planners and large venues
• Track outreach and outcomes in HighLevel with strong pipeline discipline

5) Hostfully + Revenue Growth for BFM Properties (Required)

You will support BFM Properties in Hostfully and help grow:

• Add-on sales to upcoming guests (pre-arrival upsells, bundles, celebrations, curated experiences, etc.)
• Direct bookings (social CTAs + inquiry follow-up + nurture)
• Return guests (post-stay follow-up, loyalty/referral offers, seasonal "come back" campaigns)
• Build simple workflows in Hostfully + HighLevel to promote add-ons before/during stays and track conversion

6) Canva / Design (Required)

• Create clean designs in Canva: promos, flyers, social graphics, story posts, and YouTube thumbnails
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses

Must-Have Qualifications

• Located in Mexico or South America (preferred)
• Fluent Spanish + fluent American English (written + spoken)
• Strong experience with HighLevel CRM
• Comfortable with daily sales follow-up + outbound outreach
• Canva proficiency
• Excellent organization, responsiveness, and follow-through while managing multiple brands

Nice-to-Have

• Meta Business Suite / Ads experience
• Basic video editing (CapCut / Canva video / native tools)
• YouTube channel operations experience (uploads, thumbnails, SEO basics)
• Short-term rental marketing experience (direct booking strategy, upsells, repeat guest campaigns)

• Weekly posts aligned to monthly eye-health topics and brand consistency across all locations

Dr. Deom Personal Brand

• Consistent YouTube publishing workflow + short-form repurposing output

BFM Properties

• Increased add-on attachment rate
• Increased direct booking inquiries and conversions
• Higher repeat/return guest bookings and referrals
• Cleaner guest communication systems via Hostfully

Compensation + Sales Incentives

• Base pay: competitive, based on experience
• Performance incentives: designed around results, such as:
• Bonus per closed booking
• Bonus for corporate/large event bookings
• Bonus tied to monthly revenue targets / pipeline growth
• Bonus tied to upsell/bundle performance and/or rental add-on conversions

Remote Work + Accountability

• Fully remote role
• Must have reliable computer + strong internet
• This role requires installing and using productivity/accountability software during work hours, plus task tracking and KPI reporting
