    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring efficient production processes, implementing TPM methodologies, and maintaining compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in our facility.

    This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.
    Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team.


    Manufacturing Process Optimization:
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
    Utilize TPM methodologies to drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).


    GMP Compliance:
    Ensure all manufacturing engineering activities adhere to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
    Implement and maintain procedures and protocols to uphold quality standards and compliance in manufacturing operations.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
    Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives, drive cost reduction efforts, and enhance operational performance.


    Project Management:
    Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects within established timelines and budgets.
    Manage project scope, resources, and deliverables to achieve project objectives effectively.


    Supplier and Vendor Management:
    Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to evaluate and select vendors, suppliers, and contractors for engineering-related activities.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.


    Qualifications and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
    Proven experience implementing TPM methodologies and driving equipment reliability initiatives.
    In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
    Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
    Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, or medical devices.
