    Salary and Benefits

    We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21-$22 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k, paid parental leave, paid holidays, and 80 hours of PTO per year.

    Job Description

    We're seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, providing accurate information about the property, and processing rental applications. You will also be expected to maintain organized records of tenant interactions and lease agreements.

    You will need to be able to remain flexible on your schedule during your first 90 days with the company, due to extensive training. With our guidance and mentoring, you will be expected to meet certain metrics, including exceeding occupancy goals and increasing budget and financial comprehension.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to communicate effectively with residents and potential residents. You will also need to be able to perform a variety of tasks, including greeting and assisting prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and processing rental applications.
