    **Offer Summary**

    Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Markham, Ontario

    Full Time Permanent Position

    Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

    2 days remote 3 days onsite

    **Role and Responsibilities**

    The Bilingual Customer Care Representatives will be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls from customers in a positive professional manner in both English and French. Resolving or re-directing inbound customer calls as required to ensure customer satisfaction. They will assist in dispatching service calls and providing front line customer service for all customer issues related to: deposit, credit inquiries and processing sales for supplies. Customer Service Representatives will follow-up where possible to ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.

    Receives and processes incoming calls in an effective and efficient manner, and assists in managing the call flow, including fluctuation in call volume.

    Determines the purpose of incoming calls and provides front line customer support and/or redirects the calls as appropriate.

    Provides front line customer support, which may include: addressing tier-one technical queries; dispatching service calls to Technicians; liaising with the technical team on status of service issues; answering all invoices and credit related inquiries; processing wire transfers, direct deposits and credit card payments.

    **Requirements and experiences**

    Must be able to write and speak both English and French.

    GED or Secondary School,

    One year of previous customer service and/or order processing experience in a call center or customer service position.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.

    1 year customer service inbound call center experience, understand basic trouble shooting skills, effective communication skills, work towards set business goals.
