What you will be doing: Clinic Nurse RN

• Provide comprehensive medical and community-based services to support clinics, day center triage, checking vital signs, performing POC testing, and administering medications.
• Assist with all wound care, including complex wounds, and IV hydration and therapies.
• Educate and instruct participants and their family members about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Record patient care delivery and any variations, as well as observations, and implement nursing measures related to impending or associated problems.
  
  

Experience you will need: Clinic Nurse RN

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Must possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a clinic setting, wound care, IV hydration therapies, and patient education.
• Experience with community-based services and working with senior populations is advantageous.
