    University Liggett School (Liggett), a private, independent, secular school in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of Enrollment Management.

    In partnership with a new Head of School and the Liggett community, the next Director will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across all areas of the school in developing and executing an enrollment management strategy.

    Founded in 1878, Liggett is Michigan's oldest independent co-educational day school and is among the preeminent PreK-12 institutions in the state.

    Enrolling more than 590 students, Liggett offers a rigorous and innovative academic framework that allows students in every grade to find their passion and explore it in depth while developing creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability.

    Reporting to the Head of School, collaborating with the senior leadership team, and directly supervising the admission staff, the Director of Enrollment Management will support the mission and vision of University Liggett School through positive interactions with students and faculty.

    It is the Director of Enrollment Management's responsibility to ensure that the school's mission, vision, and strategic plan are at the center of all decisions and actions.

    The Director of Enrollment Management will support an atmosphere of trust and openness among employees, students, and parents and will support an atmosphere that fosters the intellectual, social, physical, behavioral, and emotional growth of each student.

    The Director of Enrollment Management will lead in the following areas:
    Enrollment Strategy Development and Process Management
    Professional Growth and Innovation
    Financial Aid, Scholarships, and Tuition Revenue
    Collaboration with Academic Departments
    Data, Reporting, and Budget Management
    Marketing and Communications
    External and Environmental Branding
    Print and Digital Media

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. A minimum of six years related experience in admissions and/or enrollment management. Proven ability to affect and influence change through a collaborative and inclusive style. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience serving as a key strategic partner.
