As a CSC associate, you can fine tune your conflict management and negotiation skills while learning about credit reporting, medical billing, health insurance, workers compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and legal processes associated with third party collections.

Job Summary

These positions assist consumers with the resolution of past due accounts across multiple market verticals such as healthcare, retail, and government. Candidates must be adaptable, assertive, dependable, and persistent in order to secure payment arrangements with consumers by phone and bringing delinquent accounts current. The position has realistic goals and productivity measures to ensure success for each employee while helping our customers resolve their accounts. Additionally, in the legal department, you will assist with preparing final legal documents and correspondence such as motions, notices, and other legal documents, file summons and complaints to the courts through the court filing system, attend Civil Returns, Pre-trials, and Trials as well as notify witnesses that will be required to testify at trials.

Qualifications

• No collections experience necessary
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly productive manner
• Respectful and empathetic towards customers' situations
• Legal experience is great, but not required
• Successful completion background check

Working Conditions

• In office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – 40hrs / week
• Weekends and holidays OFF
