    Description

    Corteva Agriscience US Digital team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to engagement across our businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the roadmap outlined by our Email Strategy Leader, with the goal of raising awareness and driving demand with our key stakeholders. As an integral part of our team, you will set-up, QA, deploy, test, and report findings on both ad-hoc and automated trigger-based marketing programs.

    As the ideal candidate, you are equally comfortable digging into both the technical and the creative, with a knack for data. You love building new things and take personal pride in delivering innovative, customized, functional, and delightful customer experiences. You will collaborate with key marketing partners to identify and drive innovative email, SMS, and push solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience.

    The ideal candidate is a hard-working, driven individual with impeccable attention to detail. Keeping current with industry innovations, trends, and best practices is imperative to the role. The right person for this role is an excellent communicator and self-starter with strong attention to detail, data-driven, and passionate about email and automated marketing.

    What You'll Do:

    • Create and execute strategic email marketing plans to support our business
    • Manage and prioritize requests from key stakeholders across marketing (internal/external deployments)
    • Build multi-channel journeys based on user story mapping and track results
    • Measure campaign performance and assist with reporting on key metrics tied to company goals in conjunction with our Marketing Analytics Manager
    • Manage email marketing campaigns including template designs, calls-to-action, and cadence
    • Stay up to date with email and marketing automation trends
    • Implement data quality processes and define/manage data quality improvement initiatives
    • Execute consistent campaign tracking to ensure accurate measurement

    Qualifications

    What You Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
    • 2-3 years hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation/journey building
    • Experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Pardot and Journey Builder, Adobe Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Marketo
    • Knowledge of HTML
    • Experience managing email databases and email list hygiene by maintaining good IP reputations for deliverability
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also contributing as part of a team
    • VISA sponsorship and international relocation are NOT available for this position
