Job summary

The Litigation Paralegal provides paralegal and administrative support to attorneys on the Litigation Team for issues involving INDOT's Districts/offices.
The role involves serving as a contact in Central Office for the team, answering phones and scheduling meetings,
handling litigation-related mail and directing legal issues to appropriate resources within the Legal Division.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Litigation Team files in case management systems,
drafting pleadings and correspondence, locating information and documents responsive to discovery requests,
managing tort claim notices for the team including coordinating with the Office of the Attorney General
y assisting attorneys with follow-up status of litigation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of paralegal experience,
