    What you'll do:
    Quality Engineering Team Manager

    • Maintain and Implement Standard Operating procedures, Process flow charts, Process Control Plans, Process FMEA, and Validations.
    • Lead and implement an effective Operations management within your team that drives adherence to Cytiva and regulatory requirements, ensures timely execution of work, and creates continuous team development and process refinement.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support expansion, risk mitigation and productivity while ensuring product quality.
    • Nurture and sustain a team environment of inclusiveness, diversity and associate development.
    • Manage Non-conformance, CAPA and Complaint (internal and external) processes; ensure root cause analysis and effectively implement robust action plans. Follow-up and verification of CAPAs to ensure no recurrence. Facilitate the closures of these in a timely manner.
    • Provide Manufacturing Quality Trend Charts/Analysis and suggest/implement continuous improvement practices, including appropriate kaizen events on relevant processes based on trends. Support shin Kaizen events and use Lean manufacturing principles, as and when required. Utilize Danaher Business System tools to drive continuous improvements.

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.g. Biomedical, Chemical, Pharma, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, Quality, Reliability) or equivalent work experience.
    • 3 years of experience managing a direct team of employees in a manufacturing or relevant environment required.
    • Knowledge of quality management work streams including qualification, auditing, change management, Quality Events/ CAPA/ QMS development and training program development required.
    • Ability to develop, communicate and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to regulatory and industry requirements is preferred.
    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    • Effective problem solving, root-cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross-functionally and globally).
    • Knowledge of VEEVA QMS and Magic Systems
