    Job Details:

    • Work 8-hour variable shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
    • 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
    • Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
    • Required to float to all Central locations if needed
    • On-call requirements: 1 night per week, 1 weekend per month, 1 backup per week with 30-minute response time

    Weekend and holiday rotation:
    every 3rd weekend with holiday rotation


    • 2+ years of CVOR experience required, prior travel experience required

    Required certifications:
    BLS, CST license preferred (AHA or ARC certifications required)


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
    • Efficient in setting up operative suites for patients and going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available
    • Scrub surgical cases in various specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day
    • Work with 3 cardiothoracic surgeons handling approximately 50-60 cases per month
    • Required skills include cardiac/thoracic procedures and thoracic robot experience
    • Must be flexible, motivated during downtime, and willing to perform tasks like pulling case carts and cleaning
    • Any color scrubs permitted
    • Use Epic charting system
    • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours with possible on-call placement
    • Call back minimum of 2 hours when called back to facility
