- Lead a team of talented test engineers to drive excellence in software testing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive test strategies.
- Develop test plans, execute testing procedures, and analyze test results.
- Maintain quality and reliability of software offerings and system solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in quality assurance leadership.
- Experience in Logistics and Warehouse automation is a plus.
- Skilled in writing and executing basic SQL query commands.
- Proficient in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong expertise in different types of Testing.
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and testing of SOA software systems.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with various simulation frameworks and testing tools.
- Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
