    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years nursing experience required.


    Sunbelt is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a contract role in Oak Park, IL to assist patients who require post-acute-care medical respite services.


    Job Duties:
    Administration of intravenous antibiotics, wound dressing changes, andadherence to prescribed medications
    Implement and evaluate nursing care plans
    Coordinate telehealth visits

    Experience:
    Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
    American Heart Association BLS Certification
