Job Summary
The National Recruiter will assist the University Recruitment team in coordinating and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to increase enrollment of high school and transfer students at Regent University.
Recruiting efforts will primarily occur in the designated geographic recruitment areas and other national regions to increase lead generation, application, and enrollment rates both regionally and nationally.
Essential duties will include:
Serve as a point of contact for all traditional undergraduate (TUG) recruiting and admissions events as a representative of Regent University.
Actively assist in carrying out recruiting opportunities, including educational and career fairs, local high school visits, homeschool co-op visits, church youth group visits, and local information sessions.
Address questions and concerns of TUG students and parents throughout all aspects of the admissions process.Organize and implement information sessions, make public presentations, and represent all university programs at high school and community college events, including high school student organizations not limited to National Honor Society, JROTC, volunteer service organizations and mission-aligned student groups.
Analyze regional enrollment and retention trends and make adjustments to individual workflow to ensure goals are attained.Travel frequently to regional and national education institutions for the development and maintenance of partnerships, recruiting events, and Regent recruiting events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree highly desired, but will consider a combination of experience and education
Must be willing to travel extensively, as regular overnight travel and same day business travel is required
Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends
Previous sales and/or teaching experience a plus
Passion to assist all students achieve their goals
Satisfactory driver history which will be checked annually

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals through numerous communication mediums
Strong written communication and oral presentation skills
