Responsibilities include ensuring services meet Meineke quality standards, increasing customer satisfaction and productivity by reviewing necessary repairs with customers and associates, guiding the team to operate at peak performance, managing labor inventory and expenses properly assigning work complying with governmental requirements reporting KPIs violations of company policies or customer concerns performing product installations in a cost-effective professional manner staying up-to-date on company policies procedures maintaining equipment in a safe efficient manner embracing the mission culture of the company contributing to center efficiency through teamwork holding effective team meetings troubleshooting issues providing leadership remaining focused on company goals treating others professionally maintaining ethics integrity.
