    Title: Sales Support Specialist

    Location: Remote

    EAM-Mosca Corporation, a dynamic market leader in end-of-line packaging solutions, seeks a highly motivated individual as a key contributor to the commercial sales team.

    The Sales Support Specialist oversees follow-up communication with potential customers, documenting progress on opportunities, and works together with the Regional Sales Manager in analyzing opportunities and delivering results.

    This person will assist the Regional Sales Manager in presenting, negotiating, and documenting opportunities and sales to prospective clients and key accounts.

    To be successful, this person should exhibit exemplary communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.

    This position is designed to groom future field sales personnel for EAM-Mosca Corporation - promotion from Sales Support Specialist to Regional Sales Manager may require relocation.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Prospect new customers and target industries.
    • Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls, and monitor sales process from start to closing.
    • Provide broad administrative/organizational sales support within EAM-Mosca.
    • Inform Regional Sales Manager of new business opportunities in the area.
    • Manage customer portfolio and business relationships within Salesforce CRM.
    • Analyze packaging requirements of potential and/or current customers.
    • Prepare technical/economic proposals (TCO), conduct sales presentations, and follow-up.
    • Represent EAM-Mosca in a highly professional manner on customer visits, meetings, and events.

    Profile and Background:

    • Bachelor's Degree and/or engineering background preferred.
    • B2B sales experience a plus.
    • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - MS SharePoint and Teams experience a plus.
    • Excellent communicator with ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization.
    • Team oriented, highly adaptable, and able to balance priorities and timelines.
    • Highly motivated, committed to professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
    • Interested in learning new skills.
    • Confident and able to make sound decisions.
    • Self-motivated, demonstrates elevated level of initiative, and able to work independently.
    • Solid research and analytical abilities.
    • Problem solver, oriented toward providing solutions to our customer base.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
