- As a Nurse IV at Health Care Regulation, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for HCR staff in various healthcare settings.
- Your responsibilities will include providing training, development, and consultation to ensure state and federal compliance in facilities such as hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- You will collaborate with multiple departments and agencies to develop and streamline training requirements, fostering consistency and awareness in health and safety practices.
- Additionally, you will lead training projects, develop educational courses, and evaluate surveyor activities to maintain regulatory knowledge and proficiency.
- Travel within the state of Texas may be required to conduct trainings and support surveyor activities.
- This position demands expertise in Health Care Regulation, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
- EJ1 Curriculum Development: Develop engaging content, design curricula, and oversee eLearning courses using effective techniques.
- EJ2 Consultative Support and Collaboration: Provide support to program staff, collaborate with various departments, and participate in policy-making processes.
- EJ3 Project Management: Define project scopes, develop plans, and ensure successful implementation of training projects.
- EJ4 Training Effectiveness: Evaluate training impact and maintain reports on staff performance and compliance.
