    Qualifications

    3 years of line experience

    Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred

    Culinary knowledge skills to be able to work in all kitchens, such as specialty restaurants, three-meal restaurants, banquets, saucier, butcher

    An eager attitude towards learning and support of the company culinary standards

    A high motivation level, commitment, meeting challenges, and the desire to reach and achieve higher positions

    A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

    Able to work single station in the kitchen.

    Able to multi-task and work as part of a team

    Ability to learn quickly & produce consistent dishes

    Ability to stand for long periods of time.

    Food Handlers Certification

    Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
