    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at VITA North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the dental industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quotas through customer contact via phone and email, promoting and executing in-office educational programs, and assisting in organizing outside educational events.
    • Territory Management: Assist in the management of an assigned territory, focusing on key customer relations, retention, customer loss vs new customers, customer product usage gaps vs opportunities, and overall territory growth.
    • Customer Service: Receive and enter orders into SAP System, received by phone, fax, email, and mail, and communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product information, pricing, delivery, complaints, and returns.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Education and Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience with a bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and maintain and grow business relationships.
    • Technical Skills: Possess a working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT), CRM, and ERP applications, with basic math and percentage skills to write price quotes, total orders, and apply discounts.

    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
