    Marcum Search is assisting our client in their search for an IT Director of HR & Finance Systems.

    The IT Director of HR & Finance Systems is a pivotal role responsible for guiding the HR and Finance departments through technological enhancements and improvements.

    The focus is on strategic planning, system implementation, and maintaining high operational standards to support innovation and integration between the financial and HR systems.

    Develop an IT strategy that supports the company's vision and focuses on the advancement of systems like Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and Kronos.

    Lead efforts in process automation for improved productivity.
    Manage customization and support for Oracle EBS finance modules, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and Kronos applications.
    Oversee data management, security, and user access.
    Manage financial system tools for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    Collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial processes.
    Ensure HRIS systems run effectively and implement technology to improve HR operations.
    Maintain relationships with technology providers, manage contracts, and prioritize cost-effective solutions.
    Lead and develop an IT team, foster a cooperative environment, and promote skill development.
    Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Hyperion Essbase, Peoplesoft, and Kronos systems.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on HR and/or Finance systems.

    Extensive experience with Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and Kronos.
    Proven ability in integrating financial and HR systems.
