- Work with operators to conduct time studies and provide analysis to team
- Contribute to the design, development, and fabrication of upgrades for existing equipment.
- Assist in the selection, specification, and implementation of new equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and other engineering personnel to make design modifications and tooling specifications.
- Communicate with management, engineers, of the production processes, and production schedules.
- Engage with supplier to discuss specifications, costs, quality standards, and related issues concerning tooling and equipment.
- Provide training on manufacturing or processing techniques
- Review blueprints and designs to determine component and prototype requirements, including in-house tooling needs.
- Experience with CAD software, including AutoCAD, PTC Creo or Parametric is beneficial
- Bachelors degree or Technical School with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Open to internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting
