    In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for full-time employees of Western Union, primarily within the United States.

    Role ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for employment for senior management and below positions based on qualification match and cultural fit.

    Work with resources such as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and external resources such as external recruiting firms to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.

    Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
    Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores, operational and performance goals, and agency usage targets.
    Role RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
    Proven relationship-building and ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership at different levels of the organization.
    Demonstrated deep recruiting and hiring process expertise.
    Strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.
    Solid product/marketing market insights and recruiting experience is desired.

    Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
