    Warehouse Supervisors Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Provides direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality, safety, inventory control and customer satisfaction guidelines.
    2. Develops and implements work schedules and assignments to meet customer demands.
    3. Tours the warehouse regularly to answer questions, evaluate operations and solve problems, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
    4. Makes recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs and procedures to improve warehouse operations.
    5. Schedules and conducts staff meetings.
    6. Tracks and manages employee paid time off and absenteeism
    7. Participates in the interview process and makes hiring recommendations to the Operations Manager.
    8. Ensures current and accurate inventory count and location for each account.
    9. Establishes and maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers.
    10. Assists in ensuring the security of the facility and its employees, contents, and surroundings.
    11. Ensure there is training program in place and documented for all job functions
    12. Ensure Safety programs follows VG Management requirements.
    Job Specifications:
    1. Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
    2. Demonstrated skills in leadership, supervision, organization, and planning.
    3. Understanding of warehouse operations and warehouse management system technology.
    4. Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
